2016 Sparkle City Open

Spartanburg Chess Club members are invited to participate in this online tournament on chess.com. 3-Day time limit. Maximum of 20 players in 4-person sections. One to advance from first round from each group. Custom virtual trophies! No entry fee and you can sign up for a free membership on chess.com if desired.

New Club Officers

New club officers were elected on January 19, 2016.

The new leadership line-up is as follows:

President:            David Williams
Vice-President:    Will Brown
Secretary:            Spencer Mathews
Treasurer:            Julio Da Silva
